What he means is love and peace to muslims. As for infidels, particularly the people of Israel, well please see above.
Thousands counting Charlemagne, the Crusaders, the Spanish and Roman Inquisitions, the religious wars of the 16th and 17th centuries, all based on biblical views and god's actions with respect to heathens.
Let's dissect that speech shall we.......
1. Innocent people were taken captive in their millions and separated from their families and loved ones to be taken to Europe and America under the worst conditions.
No mention of the fact that many many more taken to Islamic countries and indeed that slavery is sanctioned in the Quran.
2. The victorious powers called themselves the conquerors of the world while ignoring or down treading upon rights of other nations by the imposition of oppressive laws and international arrangements.
No they gave us the Geneva conventions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and a strong body of international law which his regime has been to the fore in ignoring or transgressing.
3. Following World War II, they resorted to military aggression to make an entire nation homeless under the pretext of Jewish suffering and they sent migrants from Europe, the United States and other parts of the world in order to establish a totally racist government in occupied Palestine.
No they didn't. In fact the British tried to stop Jews from entering Palestine. The foundation of Israel had nothing to do with the security council as he suggests.
4. defending those racist perpetrators of genocide Agree or disagree with Israel but by no stretch of anyone's imagination can their treatment of the Palestinian people be called genocide .
5. also want to lay emphasis on the fact that Western liberalism and capitalism has reached its end since it has failed to perceive the truth of the world and humans as they ar Because Islamic countries have sooooo much more to offer.
6. World Zionism personifies racism that falsely resorts to religions and abuses religious sentiments to hide its hatred and ugly face. However, it is of great importance to bring into focus the political goals of some of the world powers and those who control huge economic resources and interests in the world. They mobilize all the resources including their economic and political influence and world media to render support in vain to the Zionist regime and to maliciously diminish the indignity and disgrace of this regime.
Speaking of the KKK they'd be embarrassed with this level of bigotry.
No mention of the maltreatment of women, no mention of the maltreatment of the Bahai, no mention of hanging homos in Iran. No siree it's all the Jooooooos fault. Worse still people like you see nothing wrong.

I think il start my own religion , and the 1st commandment will go something like this death to to all fianna failers !
Where does he say "love and peace to Muslims"? Or where does he mention "infidels" .
Clearly he states "Firstly, it is absolutely possible to improve the existing situation in the world. However it must be noted that this could be only achieved through the cooperation of all countries in order to get the best out of the existing capacities and resources in the world. "
and

To dimiss this, and then go on a rant about some bloke who used to be a muslim, but isnt now, and then try to label it as what someone else was actually saying when clearly then mentioned no such stuff in their speech, is delusion.
