Caoimhe is a renowned pacifist. To even compare her situation to that of the nazi Dwyer is downright insulting.

Obsessed by weapons? Because he played Airsoft games?
A 'soldier of fortune'? Just last year he graduated from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology!!
Served as a mercenary in the Balkans? When he was 8 or 9 years old???

Need to find more credible sources, Sam!

The source does not know a whole lot about Dwyer though he may be correct in his obsessed with weapons remark.

He certainly seems to know a great deal about the two Hungarians.

I don't think your musician was in Bolivia to provide a soundtrack to a movie.
Such a parcel of rogues in a nation!

I removed it because Crowley said it so much better: see below.

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFZPG7k-7Lg]YouTube - PAT BOLIVIA - CONSUL DE IRLANDA[/ame]

This is a video from Bolivian TV of the Irish ambassador arriving in Bolivia. It is in Spanish, anyone know what they are saying?

This whole case is very suspicious. I'm very surprised that Michael Dwyer's employer hasn't come forward. Who was employing Michael Dwyer? Today's Irish Times seems to suggest that he was sent to the US by his Irish employer, and he was subsequently employed by a company in the US who employed him in Bolivia.

My own theory is that Michael Dwyer was a "patsy" (just speculation). I don't think the security company he was working with in the "Shell to Sea" dispute would have employed him if he had hardline fascist beliefs. I would suggest that it was suggested to him by his employer ( close links with the CIA) that the "Nazi" tattoo would help him blend in more with the people he was working with. If you were getting paid €80,000- €100,000 a year, it might be something you might consider if your employer said it was neccesary. Check his reaction to getting the tattoo, he complained that it was "very sore". Does this seem like the reaction of a hardcore Nazi??

This Flores character looks very suspicious, I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't been a CIA sponsored associate for the last 30 years. Look at his background. He was one of the last communist student leaders in Hungary, border guard on the Hungarian border, interpreter for "Carlos the Jackal", went to Moscow for special training, worked as a journalist with an Opus Dei newspaper, involved in initial stages of Balkan War, converted to Islam (despite having a Jewish father), gets involved in the Iraqi conflict, supports Palestine, moves to Bolivia to support the breakaway province of Santa Cruz. None of it makes any sense, he seems to have a lot of contradictory opinions.

Michael Dwyer's employer needs to come forward and make a statement revealing the purpose of his employment in Bolivia. The longer this goes on, the more people will speculate as to the true purpose of his employment in Bolivia.

I've heard the tattoo is nothing of the sort and is quite popular among tattooed people.

And thanks very much, you can send me that Blue Peter badge. And while your at it admit that the half hour seige story is in fact horsesh*t, which is your own claim, and that a "few seconds" is not enough to demand the surrender of and apprehend a semi-naked unarmed man - but is enough to kill him at close range with a fire arm. if it is enough, then why did they not do just that? You can't have it three ways.

None of the Bolivian governments story makes sense and the efforts to justify their story on this site are looking increasingly fantastical and threadbare.
Compared to comparitive operations by the SAS, the London Metropolitan Police, Task Force 20, And US army SFG they used minimal force. Had Dwyer got the f*ck down he would probably not have been shot.

In a rapid entry, room clearing situation someone is either a potential threat or they are not. It is incumbent on the occupant to display their intentions. 2 did three didn't.

Your ire would be better directed at those who groomed and recruited Dwyer; oh that's right, you're an associate of Flores too.

Did you also know Dwyer, maybe make the introductions?

No, I think that a young Irishman with a Nazi SS tattoo hanging out in foreign lands with known Fascists is more sinister than pathetic.

Dwyer met a pathetic fate but the sinister elements who groomed and recruited him are most likely still at large and still active given the number of young nutters on here attempting apologism.
