From a commenter, commenting on the brutal video:
1. There wasn't any shooting, since its not visible on the rooms
2. All the victims were killed by a single shot, one of them by shotgun
3. There are bruise marks on Eduardos right eye, so he was hit when he was still alive. He was already helpless when he was shot.
4. In the morgue (7:39 in the video), the hands of one of the victims is tied together. Its highly illogical to tie the hands of a dead man, so they must have tied the hands before they shot him.

It was an execution.
