It looks like the guy in the centre, with the nickname 'Sniper', may be Tibor Revesz (sometimes referred to as 'Photosniper')

Also pictured are his "right hand man" Janos Horváth, aka 'Hassan' and Tamás Horváth, aka 'Bezbol'.

Who's this about? From today's Tribune, three guesses now...
Meanwhile, speculation regarding Dwyer's death has continued to appear on various Irish websites with claims ranging from the unlikely to the outright ridiculous. They have included suggestions that he was a neo-Nazi, a Republican and speculation that he was a former member of the British security forces.

One online thread remarked that Dwyer's recent tribal-inspired tattoo was a representation of the notorious SS symbol.

Much of the fevered online debate related to his employment by a security firm working for Shell in the contentious Bellanaboy site in Co Mayo.

Another website suggested that Dwyer had been linked to the Israeli Defence Forces because he listed the violent combat system Krav Maga as a hobby. Dwyer's family declined to comment on any of the claims.
Dwyer funeral to be held after post-mortem

From that, it would appear clear that someone is telling the tribune what to say.

Can I have 4 guesses? please?

A rather conveniently written article in the subjective mindframe of the Author. They'd do well to read even the posts in this "thread" in the past few hours which throw up a few interesting asides re involvees in this whole affair

They do not want to know. Even if you look at the tatoo comment (and I know I harp on about it), they make no attempt to back up their claim that it is tribal, like what tribe does it come from or anything like that.

They also take some of the most ridiculous claims made on the internet (e.g.Israeli army) and try to use this to discredit all arguments made against this kid. It is worrying how little the Irish media want to now about this. It really does seem as if somebody is pulling a few strings.

    The new video

The Bolivian Government's official daily newspaper 'Cambio' (doesn't appear to be online) has published a series of seven images from the video that supposedly shows Rozsa Flores, Arpad and Dwyer discussing the assassination of Morales and others.

The Argentinean newspaper 'Terra', reports as follows:

On April 3, Evo Morales held a meeting with his 20 Ministers, 46 Vice-Ministers and Governors from various Bolivian regional Departments during a cruise from Tiquina and Sun Island, towns along the shore of Lake Titicaca, which lies between Bolivia and Peru.

"... ********************, if we had known about the get-together they had on Lake Titcac the other day", said Rozsa, "I would have sent one of you with scuba gear to blow up the boat.... They were all there; not one was missing".

Rozsa Flores was speaking to his companions, Michael Martin Dwyer, the Irishman, and the Hungarian Arpad Magyarosi ...

    ________________________

Several points need to be made:

    1. Other journalists who were shown the video say that the audio is very weak, distorted and barely audible. What is reported is what they were told they were hearing, rather than a clear dialogue.

    2. It will be interesting to see/hear what language the Government claims Rozsa Flores was using. If it was Spanish, neither Dwyer nor Arpad would have understood much. They had only been in Bolivia for a few months, and there is no evidence of them having attended language classes. If it was Hungarian, Dwyer certainly would not have understood anything. It is most likely that the language all, or most, of the group had in common was English, but none of the reports mention Rozsa Flores speaking in English. Why would he address Dwyer and Arpad in Spanish?

    3. The video was supposedly handed to Government agents by a secret witness, who is said to have filmed this 3-minute sequence on a mobile phone. The authorities say they will produce this secret witness within the next few days.
This seems highly questionable. Rozsa Flores would have been crazy to allow anyone to make a phone video of him saying those things. Someone who was in their company at some stage could certainly have made a video (though it is strange that they would have allowed even this if they were operating as a secretive terrorist cell), but the audio could have been deliberately distorted or altered afterwards.

    4. So far, the Government has been made to look foolish when it produced its 'evidence'. The photo of Rozsa Flores on the bed with guns on either side turned out to have been taken from his own website, and must have been posed. The second photo, allegedly of a group of armed terrorists, turned out to be taken from an Airsoft website.

    5. Having flip-flopped several times on whether or not to allow an international investigation, the Bolivian Government's latest position seems to be that international investigators will not be allowed. Obviously, a video like this one should be subjected to careful analysis by impartial experts, to check for possible interference/alteration.

As regards the clear link that is emerging between the Székely Legion and three members of the group (Rozsa Flores, Arpad and Toaso), it should be stressed that, as yet, there is no evidence that Mike Dwyer was a member of one of the Irish cells of this organization, nor that he subscribed to, or understood, its neo-Nazi ideology. The fact that he appears to have been recruited by Tibor Revesz, and to have travelled with Revesz to Bolivia, does not constitute sufficient proof of how much Dwyer understood about the nature of the group.

He still seems like the odd man out. It is still possible that he was extremely naive, attracted by a promise of easy money and high living, and recruited in order to make the group seem less sinister. It is very likely that most conversation would have been in Hungarian, which Dwyer certainly would not have understood. Indeed, according to one account by someone who knew him in Bolivia, his Spanish didn't extend much beyond the word 'Gracias'.

At this stage, little can be ruled absolutely in or out regarding how much he understood, but it would be unwise, and grossly unfair, to jump to conclusions unsupported by hard evidence. The more helpful contributions to this thread have been supported by links to definite sources. Wild speculation and/or name-calling is merely a distraction.

The hard evidence so far indicates that the Hungarian, Romanian (and possibly Croatian) members of the group were linked to a sinister neo-Nazi paramilitary organization. Michael Dwyer's presence is explained by a link to a colleague employed by I-RMS at the Corrib site. His nationality, linguistic limitations and the absence of evidence of prior participation in any far-right Irish group make his participation something of a mystery. So far, the most obvious explanation is that he was naive, easily manipulated and drawn to Bolivia by the promise of work, easy money, living the high life in luxury hotels and travelling around in expensive vehicles. It is hard to believe that he wouldn't have had suspicions about what the group was up to, but he may have kept his questions to himself for fear of bringing his dream trip to an abrupt end. Sadly, his decision to remain in Bolivia, even after his travelling companions returned to Ireland, led to the kind of abrupt end that he surely never imagined.

Of more immediate concern is the presence in Ireland of Tibor Revesz, Commander of the Székely Legion, and the existence of at least four Irish branches of this group, including one at the Corrib site.

TeleSUR has shown about 20 seconds of the video. You can see it here (report begins at 10:47). The audio is clear enough, but Rózsa Flores is speaking in Spanish.
