Hi Cactusflower
It doesn't stand up. The sounds being made by our government suggest too that they are treading very carefully with this - they're clearly not convinced (yet) that this is some sort of Jean Charels de Menezes situation. On the other hand, even if he is guilty, there's the issue of whether it was necessary to kill people so burtally rather than take them into custody. Apologies if you have gone over this already. Had read a lot of the earlier pages but not been following later discussion.
If you look at the site posted by cactus flower, I think Cahil is just a bad spelling of Cathal. So it would mean Charlies team.[/QUOTE
Foireann Cahill is an Irish version of Team Charlie.Tibor Révész also sells on his site hoodies and crests with the names. Foireann Ardal for Team Alpha, Donagh for Delta etc.
Obviously a war games team grouping. Airsport? There’s also a Power Investigation (Ireland) Sweatshirt for sale there..
The Blog from Santa Cruz is by a Hungarian living there.. Its easy to translate using Google.. Translated version of http://aullidosdelacalle.blogspot.com/2009/04/caso-hotel-las-americas-lo-sucedido-en.html
Translates most of the site.
The Blog has a last minute addition about Révész .with information which came from Hungary, and could be misleading. He recruited using the Cahil.tk website to what? An Airsoft team? Foireann Cahil? He is a self appointed leader/webmaster of supporters of a greater Hungary. (fascists) szekely.tk.
There is a good interview on the site with Eduardo Flores conducted by Muhammed Abdullah. It includes praise for Chavez.
Révész posted to the website and Blogs while he worked here and indeed may still be here,
On his website the death notice for the 3 include “Michael: Rest in peace. Suaimhneas síoraí”. The same posting urges Elod to hold on.
The questions remain how well did the security company I-RMS do background checks on their Hungarian or indeed any employees? Did they do psychological tests to weed out the Walt types (probably not)? Have they any other involvement? And by the way misleading statements were made to Guards about people in Baraclavas in Erris which were hyped in the media,
These people are ftiends of FRIENDS,

Any corroborating evidence (not the tattoo) that Dwyer is a 'nazi' yet?
"I don't think Martin McGuinness necessarily intended to kill anyone while in the IRA." factual
The people wearing Baraclavas were Shell Security (IRMS?) see Shell security attack Willie Corduff after illegal Glengad compound dismantled - Indymedia Ireland not protesters as the Guards said in their press release. Since guards werent there at either time somebody made misleading statements to them Dont let this side track you,
The allegation from the Security men is that the site was invaded by 15 men in balaclava's who trashed the fence at 11.30 p.m. The Security men then supposedly left as they were outnumbered.
They say they returned they "in the early hours".
Willie Corduff says he was beaten up by men in balaclavas who came to the site about 4.00 a.m. He was hospitalised with bruising.
There were no Gards present due to cutbacks in overtime. It appears that the Security firm may not have called the Guards after they say the site was invaded. I would like to know when they were called.
The security mens' story has been uncritically reported by the Guards and RTE.
This information is taken from the two Irish Times reports yesterday.

This blogger has covered a lot, but some of the sources may be better than others.
What he adds to it imo is that Flores group had dollars, that they were photographing demonstrations and visited a number of houses of which there are photographs. What strikes me is how much the work was like the work he was doing at the Shell to Sea protests.
The blog almost certainly explains how Dwyer was recruited.
It doesn't help much to make sense of what Flores and Co were meant to be doing in Bolivia, beyond what we already know.
The photographs of the "luxury houses" visited by the group may mean something to the Bolivian investigators. If they were paid in dollars, that might also mean there was money in the hotel that could be traced.
Are you crazy? I let google translate the first paragraph. Here's the result:
"What happened at the Hotel Las Americas, is undoubtedly one of the situations that will mark a turning point in Bolivia. żPor qué? Why? Because until that time, the infighting in the country, had not been reflected as in a macabre mystery that makes the charges go from one side to the other, taking players worthy of a Hollywood thriller produced and causing so many doubts, that the population no longer know if the neighbor could be involved."
That's tripe, not a translation.
I dunn0, Horace. It's not perfect, of course, but it's a useful enough rough translation to give a sense of what's going on. Not detail of course, but enough, I think
