I fundametally disagree. I think that the likes of this clown and the other embassy staff that so frequently appear here shows up the emptyness of their argument. Remember when Marc Soper was Irish ambassador, he pretended to be a tolerant parton of the Arts. But HQ back in Tel Aviv saw a chance in him: non-american accent but excellent english, good in debates, and guess what, the 'arts patron' is now happily justifying the mass murder of children. We in Ireland need to do what we can to embarass this rogue state to engage in a sane way with it's neighbours while the Yanks still pay their way, otherwise the consequences will be even worse for the ME.
That's great except he just ruins every single thread he posts in.

Oh yeah, I am now absolutely positive that him and his ilk are the scum of the Earth, but I'd like to move on from this realization and just discuss what can be done with that little sh*t of a nation and it's neighbours, and the whole fecking region which currently is a sorry excuse for a civilization.

It's hard for a lowlife like cheal to internalize the small fact that settlements are legal under international law.Oh yeah, I am now absolutely positive that him and his ilk are the scum of the Earth, but I'd like to move on from this realization and just discuss what can be done with that little sh*t of a nation and it's neighbours, and the whole fecking region which currently is a sorry excuse for a civilization.
In fact the right of Jews to settle anywhere in the Land of Israel was specified in the mandate given to Britain back in the 1920's. The Jews have more right to settle in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza strip that the Spaniards have to Ceuta and Melille settlements, the British to Gibraltar and Falkland settlements, the Americans to Alaska or any of their territory and the Australians to theirs.
The truth is hard to digest, especially when it contradicts one's false perception.
