Do you have any links Bogwarrior? I've just done searches on "Ante Gotovino" on yahoo, google, and BBC news, and everything that comes up (apart from the link to this thread) is in Serbo-Croat.

When you say he's a former British soldier, do you mean he was actually in the British Army, or do you mean he was a member of the Yugoslav Army who was seconded to the UK (which sounds equally unlikely, considering Yugoslavia tended to look east, not west)

Gotovina was in the French Foreign Legion never in the Brit army. Was rumored to have been in IRA safe houses in Belfast but those claims were never substantiated.
