The CSA,is my country which has been oppressed by the United States for 144 years now. Does it matter that they are leaving Iraq in 18 months? They will invade another country later and slaughter those people.

Would these sanctions for invading the Confederate States of America include reparations for lost property, i.e. slaves?

I presume by CSA you mean the "Confederate States of America"
