    Google:

    Amnesty's anti Israel bias

A human shield is when people are died to a car or something and have no choice. The IDF do not do that and don't be so ridiculous to even suggest it. Firing on buildings you know have civilians in them is not using human shields - you're not actually tryingto suggest that women and childrne by virtue of being women and children are all innocent - some women are even worse than some of the Hamas men.

There are loads of places to go to - anywhere outside Gaza City in fact. Again, when the IDF tell you to leave a building that it is going to attack and you ignore that warning then it serves you right what happens. If you let Hamas terrorists fire rockets fro mthe room you and your children in then it is you not the IDF who is to blame if that room is attacked and your children die.

You are a very sick and twisted individual earl and you need serious help my friend.

I see you still cant show anything to back up your claim that amnesty were lying when they say that Israel uses human shields. Israel do, you know it but you dont care.

There are not loads of places in gaza to go. Nowehere is safe. Not even UN refuges as your terrorist heroes are deliberately bombing them also

Who let hamas fire rockets from their room with their children in it?

You say "A human shield is when people are died to a car or something and have no choice".

It is and Israel have tied young palestinians to their jeeps on a regular basis to use them as human shields. They have made civilians enter houses first on raids etc in case there may be booby traps etc It is also where Israel have set up bases or OPs in peoples houses and held the families hostage by not leaving them leave as amnesty clearly point out. That is a human shield also.

Hamas doesn't look for the consent of people, they just shoot, inbetween people.

But for now there's a desertion in the Hamas rows.

    The Earl of Desmond:
Because if you are trying to claim that the IDF use human shields then again I'll have to disagree
B'Tselem - Human Shields - 8 March 07: Israeli soldiers use two Palestinian minors as human shields

Testimonies taken by B'Tselem reveal that during the army's operation in Nablus in late February, soldiers used two Palestinian children, a fifteen-year-old boy and a eleven-year-old girl, and a twenty-four-year old man as human shields. The use of human shields constitutes a flagrant breach of international humanitarian law and is explicitly and clearly prohibited by Israeli military orders. B'Tselem wrote to the Judge Advocate General and demanded that he immediately order a Military Police investigation into the matter.
B'Tselem - Human Shields - 20 July 2006: Israeli Soldiers use civilians as Human Shields in Beit Hanun

B'Tselem's initial investigation indicates that, during an incursion by Israeli forces into Beit Hanun, in the northern Gaza Strip, on 17 July 2006, soldiers seized control of two buildings in the town and used residents as human shield.

After seizing control of the buildings, the soldiers held six residents, two of them minors, on the staircases of the two buildings, at the entrance to rooms in which the soldiers positioned themselves, for some twelve hours. During this time, there were intense exchanges of gunfire between the soldiers and armed Palestinians. The soldiers also demanded that one of the occupants walk in front of them during a search of all the apartments in one of the buildings, after which they released her.

International humanitarian law forbids using civilians as human shields by placing them next to soldiers or next to military facilities, with the intention of gaining immunity from attack, or by forcing the civilians to carry out dangerous military assignments.

It's rather complicated, but if you believe that the fact he is used by Haaretz makes him reliable, then surely you must conclude that the fact that Haaretz use B'tselem makes them reliable too.

Either Lozowick is unreliable, and therefore his reports on B'tselem can't be trusted, i.e. B'tselem are reliable, or he is reliable, and therefore B'tselem are unreliable. Both cannot be reliable, therefore it is not sufficient to write for Haaretz in order to be considered so.

I'm not relying on Haarets only, they are somewhat reliable, but I'm giving you what you, or sceptics here, mostly rely on when they attack Israel.
