There he and Abu Ismail shot dead three of India's top police officers who were rushing to the scene in a vehicle.

They continued on their shooting spree, firing shots in the air at the Metro Cinema until their vehicle suffered a puncture.
Kasab and Abu Ismail then stole a golden Skoda Laura and were driving it towards Chowpatty beach, a popular evening destination for families in south Mumbai, when they were intercepted by a police team.

The clip below shows the attackers firing shots in the air from a police vehicle. So, piecing it together, India's Anti-Terror Squad chief was shot by men in a police vehicle, hours after appealing to his superiors that he be transferred from the ATS because of the attacks on him and his family stemming from his investigation into Indian Army and Intelligence officers' involvement in "false-flag" attacks which were carried out by Hindus but made to appear as though they were carried out by Muslims to stir up hatred between the two groups.

Also, the cops have now released a photo of the surviving attacker:

He looks kind of different in the original photos:

Not saying it isn't the same guy, just pointing out that he looks quite different in the new photo issued by the cops.

And still... India demanding action from Pakistan, but offering NO EVIDENCE of a link to Pakistan.

The above article also states: Security experts say that a force of ten heavily armed men could carry out an operation on the scale of the Mumbai strike only if they received extensive training and local support. Investigators believe that at least five or six additional people were immediately involved in preparing for the attacks by organising logistics and carrying out reconnaissance

The one known surviving militant behind last week's terrible attacks in Mumbai is reported to have come from the Pakistani village of Faridkot. The BBC's Syed Shoaib Hasan travelled there to speak to some of the villagers.

Faridkot villagers do not want to be linked to the Mumbai attacks

"We're tired of being hounded by people from the media," says Bilal, a Faridkot villager. "They have been coming here every day since the news broke."

He is referring to reports in the international media, following the terror attacks in Mumbai, which said the only surviving militant comes from Faridkot in the province of Punjab.

The reports, which have led to an outcry in India, said the gunman is a Pakistani national variously named as Ajmal Amir Qasab or Kasav.

The information came from interrogation of the gunman, the reports added.

They also said that Qasab is a 21-year-old and a fluent English speaker.

That description seems to be at odds with the general population in the village he is said to hail from.

Confusingly, there are three villages by the name of Faridkot in this part of southern Punjab. A BBC Urdu service colleague visited two of them and found no one who knew of the man currently in Indian detention.

I visited a third Faridkot, about 50km (31 miles) from Multan on the road to Khanewal.

Well unlike all the other victims, who seemd to be picked at random, the Jews were targeted for torture and execution for no other reaqson than they were Jews. And the doctor who did the post mortems did say that he found the Jewish victims showed maximum torture marks. There's no myth Muj. The Jews who were tortured and killed in the Jewish centre were chosen to be tortured and murdered because they were Jewish. It wasn't random, it wasn't being caught in the wrong place at the wrong time etc. etc. They were Jews and because they were Jewish they were specifically targeted and selected for torture and death.

'Righteous gentile' is an honour given to those non-Jews who risked their lives to save Jews. There are thousands of people who have received this honour since the Holocaust. Don't try to read too much into it Muj, that honour will never effect you anyway. And this honour was given to this Indian nanny because she was the nanny to the Israeli baby she saved. The baby whose parents were tortured and killed and the only person the child connects with at the moment. She has been his nanny since he was born two years ago. She saved the life of a two year old Israeli citizen (and put her own at risk in the process) and the Israeli government want to honour her and show her their appreciation for what she did. And nobody.....well almost nobody, would begrudge her an honour for the brave thing she did

"...what the bloody hell does that make the rest of us, unrighteous?" Tempting Muj. Very tempting.........but way to easy hahahahahaha

Who says that L'Chaim? You, are you trying the 'eternal suffering' spin yet again? There is no evidence that they were targeted simply because they were Jews, that's speculation on your part. Who do you think did it?

"We found injections containing traces of cocaine and LSD left behind by the terrorists and later found drugs in their blood," said one official.

Yup. Having someone inject LSD is a really good strategy if you want to ensure all goes according to plan.

    A wonderful strategy!
