    UK Foreign Secretary to visit Dublin tomorrow (Thursday)

    David Miliband makes his first visit to Dublin as Foreign Secretary tomorrow, Thursday 11 September.

    The Foreign Secretary will meet Micheál Martin to discuss a wide range of international issues of mutual interest.

    Mr Miliband will also take part in a Q&A session with an invited audience at the Mansion House entitled "Delivering a Global Europe: a conversation with The Rt Hon David Miliband MP, British Foreign Secretary".

    Who's organising that? The usual red wine and canapés crew such as the IEA, EM and NFoE? Did Libertas get an invite? (not that they should)
