There isn't really. There are a number of secular monoculturalists who are extending their hatred of religion and conservative morality to Muslims. Other than that, there isn't a big anti-Islam sentiment on the ground.

However that would all change in the region of about 10 seconds if Mossad did a false-flag bombing in Ireland. The public would be guided to project their confusion and frustration onto "Islamists" by co-opted State and corporate media. And judging from the experience in the US and UK, that they would certainly do.

I think a bomb and murder operation by Israel's intelligence unit is very possible. Alas, it's been some time since they hit the Western world with such a monstrosity, perhaps the collective Western psyche needs a rejolt? Of course allowing US Army planes through Shannon will be used as the "motive", so that's just another good reason why we should cease to allow the use of our airports. We hand Mossad an excuse in continuing to assist the US war effort.

While such an attack on Irish soil would bolster support for the restructuring of the Middle East as per the Clean Break document, there would be another effect. An argument could be advanced that the Lisbon Treaty would allow increased "anti-terrorism" measures across the EU, which would no doubt ensure the Treaty's swift passage.
