Eight 'British' muslims are currently on trial in the UK accused of planning to bomb transatlantic airliners with home-made liquid explosives. Clearly these terrorists planned to kill hundreds of innocent civilians, inflict devastation on thousands of families and strike an arrow of fear through the civilised world. You mention intelligence, do you actually have any? Muslim terrorists were prevented, denied, blocked from perpetrating an act of terror. Therefore no one is killed. Do terrorists have to be successful before they can be called terrorists? UK and US armies do not kill 1 million people in Iraq and Afghanistan. If you actually look at where most of the carnage is coming from in Iraq and Afghanistan, it generally seems to be muslim homicide bombers blowing up markets, mosques, roads, bridges etc. That is where the death toll is coming from. The US entered Afghanistan to root out the terrorist trash (the kind you seem to condone) that killed thousands of innocents on 9/11. A good by product of this was the removal of the Taliban; one of the most oppressive, fanatical cults to govern a nation in modern times.

I was under the impression that the 9/11 terrorists were mostly from Saudi Arabia, not Afghanistan, so why not root them out there?

Did you believe the Brazilian man shot dead by British police was a terrorist, were you saying he deserved it when it happened just because the police and news were reporting him as a terrorist?

I don't believe for a minute these lads would have been in a plot to blow up planes.

It's part of a fraud on the British public with the aid of carefully choreographed headlines to justify invading Afghanistan and staying indefinately in Iraq.

Saying they wanted to bring their children on the mission is another angle to dehumanize muslims well below the level of the Irish and the IRA.
