That's not all I posted. And, again, as you refuse to admit the IDF does anything wrong the proof that Israel allows its murderers to murder freely by the fact that they never prosecute them for crimes against the Palestinians is lost on such as you.

They do sometimes outright target civilians such as seen in the 06 Lebanon war.
    Can you supply some proof?
Go on, supply the proof. you made a statement. Humour me. supply the proof

In the last two days according to international media without going into detail, Israel has killed a six month old baby and four children under the age of 13.

They have also blown up a key medical facility for the Palestinian people.

If you look at the BBC day in pictures you can see the disproportianate response Israel uses.

no wonder people are anti-israeli policy (note not anti-semitic)

Reading it as selectively as you do, I can say that the so called "Palestinians" are a bunch of El-Qaida like terrorists.

I think I more and more like this kind of deconstructive reading.

In case you missed this specific sentence:

Military sources stated their Palestinian counterparts tend to publish unsubstantiated reports about children being among the casualties, which later turn out to be either false, or involving 16 and 17-year olds, engaging in militant activity.
Now this is an underproportionate response.

A proportionate response would be to launch missiles indiscriminately into Gaza city to try and kill as many civilians as possible.

That's for sure would be a proportionate response according to your own twisted terror-supporting mind.

Sorry colgan - if a soldier is faced with child soldiers toting AK47s, probably unfortunately high on drugs, it is unnecessary to condone their killing as it is an unfortunate act of war. I would however condemn the use of the child soldiers and regret their death.

The Israelis did fudge the issue firstly they undermine the correctness of the Palestinian sources in regard to this case, the BBC seem to be running with the news that it was young children killed, which is closer to the Palestinian sources not the Israeli version??

Also I do not have twisted terror supporting mind, I never said I supported Israel

um, these 'soldiers' 'faced' with children who are potentially armed, are safe in armoured helicopters, and their firing missiles at them is hardly 'in self defense'
Actual morality is doing what is right regardless of what you're told. Religious morality is doing what you're told, regardless of if it's right.

    Some uncontroversial evidence...

"Palestinians are guilty of terrorizing innocent Israeli civilians by means of suicide bombs and Qassam rockets. Likewise the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are guilty of terrorizing innocent Palestinian civilians by military incursions, targeted killings and sonic booms that fail to distinguish between military targets and civilians. All these acts must be condemned and have been condemned." [HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATION IN PALESTINE AND OTHER OCCUPIED ARAB TERRITORIES, Report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, John Dugard]

"[W]hile Palestinian terrorist acts are deplorable, "they must be understood as being a painful but inevitable consequence of colonialism, apartheid or occupation."

The report accuses the Jewish state of acts and policies consistent with all three."

"Israeli forces have systematically failed to distinguish between combatants and civilians in their military campaign against Hezbollah in Lebanon" [Fatal Strikes: Israel’s Indiscriminate Attacks Against Civilians in Lebanon, Human Rights Watch]

"Several Israeli armaments factories and storage depots have been built close by Arab communities in the north of Israel, possibly in the hope that by locating them there Arab regimes will be deterred from attacking Israel's enormous armory. In other words, the inhabitants of several of Israel's Arab towns and villages have been turned into collective human shields – protection for Israel's war machine." You should read this
    http://www.boston.com/news/world/middle ... ot_israel/

There's ads in the middle of the articl that gives the impression that the article is finished, but scroll down and read the entire article.

Israel is entitled to defend itself against attacks. Israel does not build any weapons factories anywhere near where Arab terrorists can attack them. That's just ridiculous. For one thing, terrorists don't care about the civilian populations. If they did they wouldn't be operating from among them. If they even thought they had a chance of destroying an Israeli armaments factory they would try and blow it up.

Now regarding Mr Dugard's report to the UN. He say's that Palestinian terror is an inevitable result of israeli occupation. Arab terror began way before 1967 when the occupations began. The terrorist Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928, 20 years before the state of israel was even founded, and their aim was to use terror against Jews. This was 40 years before any occupation. The PLO was founded in 1964 and it's aim was to use terror against israel. That was three years before the occupation began. The occupation is only the excuse given for the terror. Before the occupation Arabs were using terror against Israel but they must have had a different excuse then. And Israel aren't occupying gaza at the moment so what is the terror from Gaza the inevitable result of? Does he have any idea of what Israel has to endure every single day with rockets being fired Into israel Using the occupation as a way of excusing terror activity is just another way of saying that Israel won't allow itself to be subjected to the 'Darfur' treatment that the Arabs like to dish out. His comments are a disgrace. What he has done is to justify terrorism and the arab terrorists will pick up on that and cause more suffering and death to innocent civilians - theirs and Israel's.

Mr Dugard has been condemning Israel for years. He's by no means an independent observer. He's more of an activist against Israel. Maybe he should read up on the UN admitting that they don't treat Israel fairly
