Out-of-competition testing carried out by the AIBA since London 2012 was branded “almost non-existent” in a secret report by Wada following a visit to its headquarters last December.

Boxing put in danger of Olympic ban after federation conducts zero out-of-competition drugs tests in 2015

    Boxing should be banned.

Virtually no testing whatsoever in the Sport.

    Farce.

Drug abuse is rampant - and has been since the Olympics became all about money.

The Russians were at it and they weren't the only ones - the Kenyans were just as bad. But there are many sports in Russia that rarely if ever have a positive test - Gymnastics for example - why should gymnasts who have spent years, since early childhood, training and competing be deprived an opportunity of participating in the Olympics.

If bans for state doping are to be imposed, I reckon that there are a lot more countries than Russia complicit in doping and it's coverup.

I love sport, practically all sports for that matter. But it would be naive to assume and to punish only one nation.
It would seem that there are many national/federal organisations who aren't doing enough to prevent sports doping

There was widespread doping programme at the Australian Institute of Sport.

That's your opinion but its an opinion not shared by the World Anti-Doping Agency who have described Russian doping program as 'a mind blowing level of corruption' and unprecedented in the history of world athletics. If other countries are found guilty of the same levels of corruption then they should be banned too. But few countries are as corrupt as Putin's Russia.

A Wada-commissioned report released yesterday said the Russian Ministry of Sport "directed, controlled and oversaw" the regime, with almost every Olympic sport implicated, from athletics and football, to curling and table tennis.

Thomas Bach, the International Olympic Committee president, described the findings as a "shocking and unprecedented attack on the integrity of sport and on the Olympic Games" and said his organisation would "not hesitate to take the toughest sanctions available" at a meeting today.

WADA have been found to be badly compromised in the fight against doping and corruption.

SHOULD THE USA ALSO BE BANNED?

At this stage the entire Olympic Games farce is so utterly contaminated that anybody participating must now be regarded as dodgy.

    End the shambles now.

I would boo any Olympian I would see on the street for supporting the farce. They should all boycott it because of the drugs.

Also how many countries should be banned for political reasons?

Here is just a few off the top of my head.

Ireland-team is full of West Brits
Arab world-for their treatment of women.
Israel-by trolling us all by being a democracy when we all know the Arab world will never be democratic.
    Canada-cruelty to animals-seal hunting.

    etc etc.
Lol, you little zionazi getting your pro-Israel sh1t in there. ..job done
