I think the 'evidence' is the problem.

Assad may be responsible - but trust in 'intelligence sources' is pretty thin on the ground - for obvious reasons.

In this particular case, the 'west' appears to have been itching for some red line in the sand to appear. Rather than suggest that Assad must prove innocence it would surely be more appropriate to simply show us their proof.

After all it must be pretty convincing if they are going to war over it?

A clown indeed - and risking many lives in this decision dodging excercise
Hezbollah could launch a few missiles into Israel forcing the IDF to launch a wave of airstrikes in Southern Lebanon.
There might also be a new wave of car bombs in Beirut.
Perhaps another deliberately provoked air to air confrontation between Turkish and Syrian jets?
Iranian patrol boats might trade fire with American vessels in the Persian Gulf before retiring back to port.
There are many things that the Syrians and Iranians could do before Obama gets authorization for air strikes against Assad's forces.

There is no evidence that he or the Syrian army acting alone had anything to do with it, there is the Cameron Obama equivalent of a 'cats lick and a promise' which thanks to Blair and Bush can be easily dismissed, I can't be sure of yours but in this world innocent until proven guilty applies even to heads of state.

No wonder the French are so hawkish on Syria.

Saudis also tried to split Russia from Syria by offering to reduce the supply of oil and increasing demand which would push up Russias revenue.

People think this is mostly about Israel? Its the Saudis who been driving this from the start.
The Alawaites have been hated by the Sunnis since the Ottoman empire, this civil war in Syria is a proxy civil war for the whole region.
No. It is a proxy war waged by the imperialist Israelis, Americans and British against the nationalist freedom-fighter Assad.

At least, that's according to brainless anglophobe, anti-semitic, anti-American clowns on p.ie.

IMHO David Icke is involved in misinformation. He mixes some of the actual truths that come from the fringes with really wacky stories about lizard people, thereby discrediting the bits that are true by association with the wacky stuff and by the fact that it came from David Icke.

The establishment just LOVE David Icke. If I was in MI6 or NSA or CIA, I'd pay him a fat retainer and wheel him out every time some embarrassing facts were leaked.

Lol! It's a dozen locations now! You're so dense it's hilarious.

For the last time, the map that you have in mind shows suburbs of Damascus where casualties were reported, it doesn't show actual sites where chemicals were released.
