To be honest, I've always found the BBC to be very unbiased in their reporting.

Is it on Sky yet, by any miracle?

And yes, I've always thought the BBC to be fair, even though years ago, the Conservative government didn't like any criticism from the BBC and said it was invaded by lefties promoting a leftie view.

I consider the BBC's coverage of the Israel-Palestinian conflict to be naturally pro-Israeli. However, I agree that broadly speaking, the BBC is somewhat more objective than Fox, Sky & CNN.

Just watched the Six O'Clock news on Press TV and surprise, surprise it's little more than a mouthpiece for Ahmadinejad's government. All gushing praise for his policies and loaded criticism of external opponents. In short, just another Middle Eastern government propaganda channel. Not a patch on Al-Jazeera I'm afraid.

Well. To be expected, I guess. I am a big fan of Al-Jazeera too.

And an Iranian state run TV channel, a State by the way forbids its own people access to foreign media, would be a better example of unbiased coverage? How exaclty?

I note that their website mentions the Iranian governments official line on the claim of 3000 working centrifuges, but in the same story omits the IAEAs' belief that the true figure is closer to 1968. Strange ommision for a 'balanced' broadcaster don't you think?

'given the shocking and appalling culture of collusion and illegality' within the RUC, 'one would wonder what other unacceptable practices remain hidden from the public'.

Press TV has been around for a couple of months and were pretty good when Mr Bean sailed by.
