Too true. Mass murder is grand but cartoons and YouTube movies are the problem. What a bunch of gobsh1tes. I used to be very sympathetic to the occupants of Muslim countries at the hands of US, Israeli and Russian military adventures but that's wearing real thin when you see how they treat their own.

Nope. The French authorities probably looked around at various news sites to see how the peaceful protests about that video have been doing and determined their response by the examples of those peaceful protests like the ones in Pakistan, only 15 killed, some cinemas burned down, etc, which determination being that such a protest had too high a likelyhood of a danger to the gereral public.
They probably had a look through their own records on various peaceful protests by Muslims in France as well and weren't too enthused with what they saw.
It South Asia, in a such protest they need to burn things down, also burn flags. We have never seen such protest burning building in Europe.. Unless we exclude London and Greece and the Odd G8 summit and France except those we have never seen it..
