It's because that we have just gotten used to it.Also, while we can protest outside the US embassy and boycott McDonalds, it's pointless to protest against African warlords. What we can do is support Aid agencies that help Congolese victims, and ensure our Aid does not go to countries [cough]Rwanda[/cough] that support Rebel armies.
