Have you driven in Belguim? The thing about Belguim is that there are no rules as such.
Italy is a bit frantic but they have actual rules of the road.

The Ardennes are gorgeous. Another good thing about Belguim.
Belgian Blues are really calm placid cattle. Never any trouble with them.

How do Kilkenny people define themselves? Is it through how much CAP payments they have? or how much land they have acquired?

Lived just on the Belgian /dutch border not far from the the beautiful town of Maaseik for 6 years loved it .
I worked in Turin for a while and i can honestly say a Belgian blue would drive better than them.
