Again, as an attempt at making an actual point, or addressing the relevant questions that have been put to you, this fails utterly. The questions you've been asked aren't actually all that tough, but you run away from them. This, I believe, is because you aren't really comfortable with your pro-Argentinian position, it's causing a bit of cognitive dissonance, but you can't back down from your anti-Britishness. So you end up blustering, weakly, with this sort of nonsense.

So you can't say why you think the democratic society of the Falkland Islands should be subjugated to an unwelcome foreign military invasion. You can't say why it's wrong for the Falklands to turn away an Argentinian ship in response to the Mercusor blockade but the Mecursor blockade itself is not wrong. You simply don't have answers to those questions, so you say stupid and inane things like the above.

Another way of putting it is that you've been utterly and comprehensively defeated and made to look very stupid.

In a normal world the Falklands would have cordial relations with Argentina.
the British actually built most of Argentina's infrastructure the sane part of argentine society are Anglo-Argentines.
So fighting over the Falklands is ridiculous but the islanders don't want to be ruled by Argentina and frankly who can blame them.
They make the Greek and Irish governments look competant.

Could be, but with a population of 3140 - does stanley need to be wiped out for a couple of days / a week by noro virus? Best thing to do with your enemy is to ignore him - so would hope there is no real gamesmanship going on there.

Well the preference of musicians and actors for Argentines case probably has alot to do with the Argentine presidents theatrical and acting skills.

Now if we played this right, and with Bono helping get the ball rolling, we could all shed crocodile tears over the loss of Irelands precious and sacred Canary Islands. Its worth a shot lads, and as Argentina is demonstrating, it costs nothing to do.

'Oh, na hOlieain Chanaracha (Canary Islands), I feel the pain of their loss in me heart, bu hu hu' . I know I am not qualified to make power choices in fuffy campaigns but I am going to go out on a limb here and suggest Sined O'Conner take the role of lead mourner. This time next year we could all be sunning outselves.

Not like musicians and actors to spout off about stuff they know nothing about. Who'd have thought they could be so c*ntish...?
