Yeah, still not getting any detail here, y'know, Who What, Why, Where,When and How etc?
    ,
Since you mention the Mutiny its worth saying that Historians now take the view that mutineer atrocities rarely included crimes of a sexual nature not so the British where it seems common place the retaking of Delhi for example saw mass rape.
Which historians? Anyway, whatever answers you give will make no real difference as you'll have to somehow make it relevant to today. Whatever Burke was complaining about, if it happened at all, occurred about 250 years ago, the Mutiny was over 150 years ago. What possible relevance can any alleged crimes committed then by British/Indian forces, have to these latest allegations?

Really there is nothing alleged about them as to relevance I'm saying that these latest allegations fit a documented pattern from the days of the HEIC to the end of the Raj. Its about British attitudes towards the indigenous population in that part of the world.

As to the detail I have pointed you in the right direction you can do more research if you want.

Well if they are not "alleged" them what exactly are we talking about?

Well if there is a "documented pattern" then why is it that you seem to have such difficulty in producing a few links to it?

    Fine, evidence?

That is not the way it works. If you make a statement in a post then it is up to you to support that statement with links and sources, it is not for the rest of us to do your research for you, now, are you going to produce some evidence to support your theory or not?

If only that was just a twisted joke and not >> the likely perverse attitude of self protection, not uncommon approach via Westminster code of ethics.

What chance of justice for foreign children abused so distant, when >> Westminster's attitude to their own historical victims has been thus far, to ignore it, pretend it never happened.
Westminster (British) still behave like backwards Ireland pre-2000.
British public schools fagging system, the name for systemic child abuse.
    Countless children abused and ignored.
