Found this site interesting, shows why and how the frauds came about. United Russia still got the most votes but seems to have polled in the mid 30's. No wonder Russians are pissed off.

Thanks. Very interesting use of stats. They reckon United Russia should have gotten around 34% (still the largest party) but quite a way from the claimed 50%. The anomalies for the UR results in the plots are glaring.
