Anyone who describes themselves as a ''socialist'' I look down at them as if they are a full blown neo Nazi, how many people have died around the world at the hands of socialists? And I'm not just talking the 100+ million that were murdered sadistically in the ''Bolshevik revolution'', I'm also talking about people in North Korea who have to look at kim jong in as a sort of deity god like creature, I'm talking about those who are currently suffering under that system who are starving for a mere morsel of food, I'm talking about women and young girls , very young children who prostitute themselves for a piece of food - under that great system socialism!
For the many, not the few!
- I have to laugh quite heartily at that corbynista quote you have there, ''for the many not the few'' - Do you realise under ''socialism'' there is no real wealth distribution there is huge, very stark class divides in South America, that the poor are sh*t poor and the rich well they live in a luxury most in the west , could only dream of. The political and entrepreneurial classes get the best of the best education, some shipped abroad for 5 star education in prestigious boarding schools , while those in the shanty towns can barely afford food and have to walk miles each day for meagre education.

BTW I'm no fan of the U.S.A and think they have no business ''policing the world'' or the rampant pointless consumerism capitalism breeds, however socialism is no better! Its worse!

Socialism sells a promise, not a result.

Because the result is usually misery.

Socialism is a career path for those aspiring to power. It is actually very Machivellian in it's outlook. Promise free stuff or cheaper stuff and then get to be the boss on the back of the greed it inspires in others.

Socialism is where they steal from the working class & donate it to the ruling class on a promise of redistribution, which never happens. They don't even have proper foodbanks for their people in dire straits, just food rations and if you don't turn up early enough in a queue that goes on forever, you are out of luck!

I have a relative who is married to a Venezuelan and she is lucky to have gotten out of there, she said there is a huge class divide there, between the socialist crème de la crème and the poor, often these people turn to crime and criminals are seen as heroes because, it is a way out an escape , a way to reclaim your freedom in a country with so much poverty , death and misery - of course when you turn to crime you could easily end up dead or your family or have to pay off huge drug debts!

Banned the "main Opposition". Perhaps he will follow the Putin model with fake Opposition parties controlled by the intel agencies allowed to run.

Yes but the silence of supporters of these scumbags is telling, Maduro will most likely get an nvite to the park from our comrade presidentas a reward for services to the left of the left.

I recall getting reassurances from at least one Socialist-cheering Libtard on here that this would never happen.
