    Definitively over?? Very few Spanish people believe that.

    What more can a party do than write into their constitution that the use of violence is never justified?

    However, interestingly, the Spanish Supreme Court does not appear to agree with the government's application to make Sortu illegal. Today it's reported that they've suspended the illegalisation until they hear further evidence. El TS paraliza la inscripcin de Sortu como le pide el Gobierno - GARA

    Edit; 25/3/11 Sortu has been illegalised as a 'continuation of Batasuna' and therefore a front for ETA.
