Which does not mean that this or indeed any or all of the previous complaints were unfounded.
A woman with psychriatric problems involved in the "sex trade" is not going to be a prosecutions's choice of witness in a rape trial.
If this report is true it does show that much of the comment here has been based on incomplete information.
If the rape by deception charge was indeed brought by prosecution service your description of the woman as a racist slapper is a little premature.

None of which alters the fact that a judge cited him not telling her he was an Arab as constituting "rape by deception". That sets a dangerous precedent whereby consensual sex between an Arab and a Jew will be criminalised in Israel unless the Arab reveals their ethnicity. That is racist.

There were some disgraceful comments alright. People in this thread let their blind hatred of Israel cloud their judgement, to the extent of showing sympathy for a rapist (some even denying he was a rapist) and condemning his victim. Many on here were willing to clear a rapist because he is an Arab and his victim was an Israeli Jew. Their blind hatred of Israel clouded whatever decency they had and their compassion was also clouded as a result of that hatred of Israel, when they directed that to the rapist and condemned the rape victim
