    Philip Hogan's restoration

The following is paragraph one and the final paragraph of a Phoenix magazine article on Philip Hogan:
Extract from current issue of Phoenix magazine :

The defenestration of Frank Flannery is an example of how the apparently ineffectual Enda Kenny manages to run rings around his parliamentary party and party apparatus whenever pressure come to bear on his leadership. And the man who is most likely to emerge as the new strategist in fine Gael is Phil Hogan, who was scapegoat in the first place following the 2007 general election defeat. ( End of first paragraph)…..
    Final paragraph…
Hogan would not be human if he did not take delicious satisfaction at having lived to see his own nemesis.,Flannery, put in his place - while he is about to be reinstated. Hogan need not worry about a second party seat in his constituency nest time out as john Paul Phelan, following his creditable performance in the East Euro election, will likely walk into the Dail in a foreseeable general election.
But what if Enda has another mood swing or feels the need to deflect attention from another boo-boo ?
