The saddest thing about all of this has to be seeing the Green Party acting as willing stooges for Fianna Fáil dirty tricks.
Many of us ( including myself ) transferred to them the last time believing them to be a party of principle and were impressed by their calls for cleaner politics.
To see Sargent and Gormley diving into the gutter in a desperate bid to save their bacon is depressing but not entirely surprising given how readily they jumped into bed with the same people they were demonising only a few weeks earlier.

I'll take your word on it, you know your own opinions better than I do. The way I see it, there's no hard evidence, only one persons word against another's. I'm suspicious of anyone who can form a firm opinion with that lack of information.

There is evidence in dail transcripts and radio interviews that the Greens did to support Enda Kenny version of events...You just cannot make them fit with Sarents and Gormleys weasel words yesterday...
