Unfortunately there's no reference to adoption or children's rights. There are children - especially of lesbian couples - who need the reassurance that if one of their parents dies, the other hs legal responsibility.
Um, why lesbians especially?

As it is there are a lot of lesbian couples who get pregnant via artificial insemination. Gay men are in a more difficult situation in that they cannot get pregnant...
