I was expecting the usual "withhold payrises" "stop reckless spending" FG platitudes in this document, but it actually seems to have teeth. If they (FG) blindly complain about the elements required to make their proposed 1% cuts in spending then that would be the definition of riding a horse going in both directions, but prima facie this document looks balanced and reasonable

They can reveal the secrets of Fatima and the meaning of life but I fear that with Enda on board they will not gain the extra 10-15 seats necessary to end what is effectively becoming a one party state.
