do they plan to organise on an All- Ireland basis?

why don't you ask FG what FG's plans are
Enda Kenny on FF government: “We’re in this mess, not because Fianna Fáil policies have failed, but because they have succeeded.”
I did, they still haven't replied !!!!Originally Posted by drbob1972

no i don't to be honest, i think that whilst its an important topic and something that will evolve over time, at present there are more pressing issues within the economy of the RoI that need to be focused on by all parties

Do they have a plan for a 26 county economy?
Why would they?
How could you transfer the FFvFG divide north of the border. I can see how the Tory v Labour divide or the Fianna Fail V Labour divide can be transposed to the North but FFvFG - it makes no sense in that context
No doubt when the Unionists and Alliance Party are competing against FF for votes there will be tactical co-operation with Fine Gael on issues of mutual interest, but Unionists are not going to form an all Ireland Party.
I would expect a FF/SDLP merger to result in some defections from the SDLP to the Alliance Party (& the Labour Parties) and I would expect FG to transfer their support from the SDLP to the Alliance Party (they are not sister parties - but niether were FG & the SDLP)

I think FG should remain above Northern Irish sectarian politics.Originally Posted by Gearoid MacConcoille
More anti-FG trolling. Keep it coming, we'll keep hitting it out of the park.Originally Posted by Gearoid MacConcoille

I don't even see signs of much of a plan for the economy in the Republic in the months to come, let alone worrying about the 6 counties!!
I suppose they could send Harney up to privatise the PSNI or something..
