Can you not read? He said he wouldn't have accepted the pay rise. That was in a FG press statement two weeks ago as well. How often do you need to be told?

Ahern is completely out of control: the shenanigans around getting Bevery Flynn Cooper out of her difficulties alone should freeze the blood of any true democrat. This 38K increase is a f**k off to ordinary Irish people - a two finger gesture accompanied by a sneering 'so what are you going to do about it'.

Ahern thinks he is invincible. He's at his most vulnerable in that state of mind.
