Fine Gael corruption trial collapses over a legal matter, and will resume in april.
Fred Forsey,Ex-Fine Gael councilor who got six years in jail for receiving €80,000 in alleged corrupt back handers from michael ryan, must be frustrated.
Heard he might make a written statement for the new trial in april.
    Who knows though.
