    Enda wont be Taoiseach in 18 months, so he will only be able to make one more speech, thats if he even makes it that far.

    The Village Idiot will only do a turn before a non-budget, like all the fuss last week. This spin exercise was only re-arranging the deckchairs. For true budgets, all will take cover in the bunker with a body double voiced by an actor parroting any proclaimations.
