    Phil Hogan

    must be disappointed that he didnt bring in a running mate. same for fergus o'dowd.

    Those 2 constituencies, plus the debacles that occured in Kildare and Meath, plus O Brolochain and Breeda Cronin in Kerry is where the election was lost.
    We came quite close when you think about it.

    Absolutely... The people of Galway West and Monaghan too, deserves their crap water and closing of their hospital.. they whinge for ages about it, and what do they do?...

    It looks like the people of Cavan-Monaghan and Louth have voted for the HSE's plans.
    If there is a future, it will be Green.

    I don't agree with this.
    What you are saying is that if you were luckier with certain marginals you would have done better.

    Statistically, some marginals will fall one way, some the other way. Looking at the overall picture, I'd say it balanced out.
    If there is a future, it will be Green.

    We can manufacture a seat in Donegal, Clare and Kerry but we just about hold onto Durkans seat in Kildare, and get wiped in general in Meath and Kildare?
