I am beginning to think that posters, particularly FG ones, are quite happy to ignore the fact that a sitting FG has not yet been disciplined by the party 7 months after being named as a tax defaulter. Why would that be?

A tax holiday?
Why is FG do tolerant of tax default by its public reps?
That should read "so tolerant of tax default".
In addition to disciplining this councillor there are also a few others criticised in the Mahon report as engaging in "inappropriate" conduct. Will they now face sanctions?

Dont count on it Con....its FG we are talking about here, selfish greedy slobs.
only SF are tax compliant - diesel etc. And when revenue seize goods, vehicles etc, SF/IRA come along and steal the evidence, or burn the vehicles, and hey presto no court case at all.
Not to mention the millions of badly needed euro spent by local authorities around the border cleaning up toxic waste dumps left behind after their supporters diesel laundering exploits.

They are fully focused on the house tax no time to bother with a councillor
