No they havent you dumber ass its almost 31 years since they won an election i.e. got more seats than FF.Suggest you read the " Beginners guide to politics".Winning an election is one thing- forming a Government is another thing
Thanks for that, remind me again what happened in the European elections in 2004, just incase you can't remember

    FG - 5 seats
    FF - 4 seats

That was 3 years ago not almost 31 years, more FF lies.
We're talking General Elections here More FG twisting the story
"Ie get more seats than FF" What arrogance. You win an election in this country by winning a clear majority in the Dail and forming a govt. EK has served as Junior minister and full minister so OBVIOUSLY he has been on the winning side.

The world doesn't revolve around FF.

Minister...so if FF get more seats than FG and don't get into government, you will be happy? In that case I think we can grant you your wish!

Yes I'll be happy because your scenario is not going to happen you guys should be coming to that acceptance by now otherwise I'd hate to see you suffering from post traumatic shock syndrome on Friday through Saturday its a nasty dose so I'm told by those in FG who suffered from it in 02

Unless the FF vote collapses i don't see how they won't be in government next week. Even though they'll probably lose seats, they have a lot of options available to them to form a government. No matter what is said before the election Lab and The greens would be available for coalition with FF. SF would be too, though that is probably not a top priority for FF. If the PDs do better than expected they'll be in the mix too. FG will need to win almost as many seats as FF to change this. However, if there's a chance of a three party government with FG or a two party gov with FF, the two party government will be more attractive to any the smaller parties who might be in with a chance of getting into government.

FF are likely to be in government but will lose some seats with 11 retiring TD's it would be hard not to.
