In Richard Bruton the only spokesman?

Why are FG putting Richard Bruton forward for everything? Don't they have any other spokesmen? I understand that they were humiliated at the last election, but surely they have someone else to offer...

may have a point here. Apart from Kenny, Bruton's the only one I've heard from in this campaign. Where;s Mitchell, Hogan, Barrett, O'Keeffe etc etc? He is the best and by a country mile, the most popular figure in the party, but we need to hear the rest.

maybe as the campaign goes on we will. But it's good to see Richie savage government twits left right and centre
We need to radically change every system that has enabled the wholesale destruction of the Irish landscape, rural and urban. There is no time for incremental step by step measures. The systems have failed utterly and the only hope for a real recovery requires the rule book to be torn up completely.

well there you go, it's already happenin. I missed Prime Time, but I can just imagine Brennan, the snivelling little runt, cowering as Mcguinness, a TV personality, makes a fool of him

She did not trouble Seamus Brennan - peoplle in Fianna Fail should pray that she becomes leader of Fine Gael - altho a poll in Louth shows her support dropping there.

Electoral geography is a consideration. The slaughter of FG in the Greater Dublin region in 2002 left very few TDs within an hour of Dublin.

I like Seamus Brennan. However, it was an impossible task for him. McGuinness is fresh, bright, and articulate.

Dont remember seen too much of Martin Cullen, John O Donoghue, Eamon O Cuiv, Willie O Dea , Jaysus I nearly forgot himself the Bould Tricky Dick Roche.

Bruton is a class act and FG would be foolish not to use him as much as possible.
