Different situations need to be dealt with in different ways.

Maybe that's what this country is so ********************ed, people and often the media don't seem to be able to understand that.

It's not a matter of different strategies to deal with different problems it's about mutually exclusive leadership philosophies.

If we believed the rumours you start, we'd all believe a member of FG shot JFK.

No it's not. Most issues should be discussed and agreed with parliamentary party. Some issues mainly potentially making people in said parliamentary people unemployment need to be dealt with differently, as people naturally disagree with the notion that their job or potential future job should be destroyed. It's not rocket science.

Enda Kenny has it all. Better get used to him.His inevitable 10 years as Taoiseach will be a trying time for you and Lucinda.
    God save Ireland.

What I'm getting at here is that HBAP first praised Kenny for ramming his seanad proposal through without consultation then, an hour later, he praised FG as a party that isn't run like that. Those are mutually exclusive positions and I'm wondering how he can reconcile them.

Baron, you need to realise that for HBAP, Enda can do no wrong - but when they ditch him, HBAP will be the first poster to proclaim the wisdom of the decision and tell us what a wonderful leader the Brute will make. A true party man, is our HBAP

I thought Creighton argued the point very well on the lunchtime news today. It didn't sound like she was point scoring. Rather, it just wasn't a good idea....

Don't normally rush to defend the luvely Lucinda but I agree with you. She made a good, clear distinction between genuine equality and the nonsense of gender quotas.
