    Useless so she is.
I obviously have higher standards than most on p.ie because I wouldnt rate her as 'pin up' material whatsoever.
No matter what you think of yourself, the moment you try to justify the murder of an innocent with idealism, no matter what that ideal might be, you take your place on the side of evil and all your claims to virtue are as naught.

Old Navy tradition :Bad luck to let women sail aboard naval vessels

Surely even Admiral Inda knows that.

I think it is good to see leadership been challanged, it is good for democracy and I can see no harm in Enda been defeated again from within his team in the parliamentry party .

I really can't see what the fuss is about. I'm glad FG aren't a party whereby the second the leader says "I think we should do X", everyone instantly puts aside their own opinions and says "Oh Yes, Great Leader, For You Are Indeed the Wise One." We've all seen where such deification of the party leader can damage parties and countries - notably by reference to the Ahern and Haughey eras.

Tomas, I know you've a bee in your bonnet about Creighton on Frontline - but to call her performance there "now famous" is stretching things a bit. I've lots of people who love telling me the full details of any f*ckup by anyone even vaguely connected with FG - and I haven't heard a dicky-bird about it from them. The fact that you're obessed with it doesn't mean everyone else is.

Exactly. It's what you would want and it is good to see. I disagree with Kenny on this well, but of course I won't agree with whatever leader FG have on everything and neither will the parliamentary party.

It does explain why he did a solo run with his abolish the seanad wheeze. He knew he lacked the authority to get it past the PP.

How could the leader of Fine Gael lack something he never had in the 1st place.
    His days are numbered.

Well the PP were never gonna agree to that proposal - because most TDs from all parties are sufficiently paranoid to believe they could find themselves needing the Seanad at some point in the future. Which means that the suggestion would have been batted around for ages, without ever getting anywhere. If Kenny wanted to make abolition of the Seanad FG policy, he went about it the only way possible.
