George had it, but did not fit in, He wanted it all done today, That would rock the boat,

Remarkable thing is that this page has been viewed over 70,000 times in less than 24 hours. And all because a politician resigns. Shows how rare an event it is. Shows how tolerant we are of corruption, incompetence and the rest.

Not really. If Michael D Higgins stepped down we wouldn't see this sort of reaction. Like his original poll victory, the attention is due to Lee's name and public exposure. That and the wonderful way he's flounced off and mishandled the aftermath.

I understand he's appearing with Pog & Rog later today (Bosco being unavailable)

...and that's without Hiding Behind A Poster. We'd be over the 100k mark if he was near a computer. He must be Hiding in a darkened room or perhaps skiing in some Alpine idyll, blissfully unaware of what's happening at home!!.

HBAP will insist that George Lee is surplus to FGs requirements and Enda told him to go as he was upsetting the rest of his TEAM,

He will tell us that Enda will have enough problems dealing with 86 FG TDs after the next general election. All part of the master plan. Hey and guess what? Tommy O' Brien will agree with him.

Either way, let's keep this one on topic. George Lee.

Doubtful - HBAP waxed lyrical about the qualities of George last June and what a magnificent addition to the team he was.

The most stressful job is to be asked to do nothing. For an active mind like Lee it must have been unbearable. It was get out or burn out. He made the right choice for himself and for his family.

That was before we realised he was an unhinged demagogue with Napoleonic tendancies.
