What were the terms of his residence there.

Could it be construed as a benefit in kind from DC FF to B Ahern.

Are there implications re. revenue compliance that Mr Ahern's principal private residence post 1994 to his move off Griffith Avenue was registered in the name of someone else.

Is there an instrument in existence recording the transfer of a beneficial interest in St Lukes to B Ahern.

My dear Dunny, I wouldn't go down the St Lukes route, if I were you.

Don't you think if there was anthing untoward about St. Lukes it would have already been talked about. It is the most famous constituency building in the entire country., It is not owned by Bertie but is owned by a trust controlled by members of constituency.

    who benefits from st lukes?
can any councillor from FF in this area just go in and use it as their base?
is it solely for the use of Bertie Ahern?
where did the money come from to pay for st lukes?
    was it from builders/publicans/friends?

do the FF party own this building?

    do they f*ck!!

there are questions to be answered!

The question of the ownership of St. Lukes has been delt with time and time again - see baldur's post.
As far as I am aware any FF public rep in DC can use the building as his/her office, Dep. Fitzpatrick and Sen. Brady both use it as an office space.
Bertie Ahern has no financial interest in the property.
