FF'ers... would you support a convictred rapist or murderer for Taoiseach?

I've been thinking about the mindset of FF supporters for the last while. You know, the 20% "core support" who would vote FF no matter what.

I came across the following on another well known Irish discusion forum ... it was posted by a well known FF supporter from Limerick ... "Only for laws prohibiting criminally prosecuted (or whatever the correct phrase is), there is no reason why a convictred rapist, murderer or whatever you're having yourself, could not be the best Taoiseach ever to serve". Direct link.

Firstly, can I ask Fiannafuddy a direct question ... did you post this? If this is not you I apologise.

If this is you, it begs the question as to where the line is for FF voters. Would you accept anything from FF or what would they have to do for you to stop supporting them?

    This is not South Africa.
    No.
If the banks are out for a bail,
and Lenny's efforts end up as a fail,
    when the Somer does come,
    to the Country they'll run,
And leave a Fine mess for the Gael.

Endinf the one Party (FF) state:

It depends. Do I know his father or is he a member of my local sporting club?

So what would FF have to do for you to stop supporting them? Your "line in the sand" if you will.
