John O'Donoghue he is my pet hate from FF corrupt gobsh1te, babbling sack of crap who could not run a cold bath, who has used his position true out the years as his god given right, and treats the ordinary people of this country with utter contempt.

MMrebel. What about little Willie O'Dea. Now theres an obnoxious piece of xxxx.
He is wheeled out on every occasion to defend the FFs. I will never forgive him for his
defence of Bertie. He wont be so vocal from now on.

If you think a politician is corrupt, you had better back it up or else edit, you can get sued for it...

telling them what you think about RTE grovelling to Cowen and Co over a legitimate news item.

You might add a PS to say you find it odd that RTE is featuring tax evaders in two current programmes - Brides of Franc and George Lee's How we spent the Boom.

In the last quarterly list of tax dodgers caught by the Revenue Commissioners were Peter Kelly/Brides of Franc - he underpaid corporation tax, VAT, PAYE and PRSI. Mr Kelly got an interview on Tubridy Tonight after it was in the media to promote his business and his new RTE series which started last Sunday.

Also caught was Prof Brendan Walsh ex UCD who is featured as an expert economist in George Lee's new series.

I know it might have been pointed out before..But what i think is the funniest of all .That because RTE and FF made such a fuss about it instead of laughing it off.

Every major newspaper in the western world picked up the story.

Thats Karma biting you on the ass.

The plank was on before the news saying that they will debate the portrait issue on the Late Late.....He prefaced it with "Have caricaturists gone too far?"

Don't know if it's already been mentioned (I havent read through all 24 previous pages)

From RTÉ's Freedom of information page:

RTÉ is funded in part by public money through the licence fee and we believe that our policies and operations should be open to public scrutiny and that access to our records by the public will show that we carry out our public service remit scrupulously and honestly.
An FOI request to RTÉ costs €15 (€10 to medical card holders!)

Anyone interested in requesting copies of communications to the broadcaster from FF HQ and the Taoiseach's office about this one?

6 0'clock news tonight - the Bank of Ireland shareholders' meeting ( a near riot ) - the image shown was smiling clapping shareholders. The voiceover said all in BoI is hunky dory. Licked into shape, or what ?
