There is a sort of interim caretaker leader there now called whats his name. He was supposed to be a genius, a withering put downer, master of his brief, but like GB in UK, a sullen serious disappointment, who was at best lazy, incompetent, arroganr but great craic over a pint or singing a song.
You'd think Kenny committed Treason and brought in IMF. Cowen had all in stitches in Galway at 3.30a.m.but he was "not impaired" -DD Power. FF=Publican páirtí an IMF.

The subtility would be lost on you but as has been proffered here before; "nobody is forcing you..."

It is interesting to see how things pan out after a time when the waffle and spin becomes vague. The man who replaced Bertie is a total flop as can be evidenced daily.

    Some minister for Defence.

He should have been passed over a few more years.

Thinking about this question and trying to find one fairly decent candidate to lead FF,and failing, it occured to me that it does not matter who leads FF, because they already have leaders. Those who pay the piper. The piper being the leader of FF and his/her inner circle.
