I thought that only the Ard Fheis could appoint Uachtarán Fhianna Fáil and that the Leader of the Parliamentary Party was referred to as such in between their elevation and the next Ard Fheis.
Of course I can't check this because 2 and 1/2 months after the Ógra conference asking Séan Dorgan to ensure the Corú was available on the FF and Ógra websites it still hasn't been done.
