    I feel that SF do not really expect the NO vote to win but would be happy with a 40% vote against the treaty, this would give them a moral victory and a larger pool to fish from in the upcoming Local and European elections.

    Will Fianna Fáil be any more inclined to work for a Yes after Bertie's handover of the jersey?
