Moral ambivulance of electorate: Times/MRBI poll

Further data from the poll. Just 14% (down 3%) believe Ahern's version of events re Tribunal evidence while 78% (up 6%) do not believe him. However, a bare majority, 46%, do not want him to resign, whereas 44% do. How do you interpret these mixed signals? In other data government satisfaction is down 3% to 35%. www.ireland.com
