Perhaps Dave C will advise if the DGDS rule has applied or has a shot been put across his bows.
His bit of stuff was probably on to the owners of this website, pleading for privacy - as she did last week via Page 1 of the Sunday Independent

Without going in to detail - I'd ask people to be aware of the outstanding policy of
1) Not allowing threads where ongoing legal proceedings are (or may be) taking place
2) Removing threads that are likely to cause me legal difficulty.
Finally, there is a section of the site called Dev&Ed, please use it.
