I think most of that info is readily available here

Not sure if you were asking about Ard Chomhairle or cumann structures?

Cumann has one chair, one secretary, two treasuers. There are optional positions such as membership officer, youth officer. Some cumainn will have a PRO but it's not listed as official position on the registration form.

You can have up to three hon presidents also.

Where would I get a copy of the clár - I've never seen one. Are they deliberately not widely available to facilitate bending of rules around conventions etc?

Its the coru you'd be looking for. Get onto HQ and they'll send you out a copy if you ask nicely.

FF National Officer Board is the follwing:

    Uachtaráin Fhainna Fáil
Leas Uachtaráin Fhianna Fáil x 5
    Rúnaí Oinigh x 2
    Cisteoir Oinigh x2
An Rúnaí Ghinearalta would also attend
